- Scope of Services
Cruise Byte provides private passenger transport services including:
- Local rides in Split, Solin, and surrounding areas
- Airport transfers
- Long-distance transfers within Croatia
- International transfers, including Bosnia and Herzegovina and other destinations upon agreement
All services are provided as private transport and are not part of a public taxi dispatch system.
- Booking and Communication
Bookings are made primarily via WhatsApp or telephone communication.
No online booking system is used on this website.
A booking is considered confirmed only after direct communication and mutual agreement between the client and the service provider.
- Pricing
All prices are agreed in advance before the start of the ride.
Prices are fixed based on the agreed route and conditions.
A taximeter may be used only upon prior request and agreement.
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge and may be made at any time prior to the scheduled pickup. - Responsibility
We strive to provide timely and safe transport services. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Roadworks
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
- Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully during transport. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, safety risks, or damage to the vehicle. - Cross-border Travel
For international transfers, passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport/ID/visa if required). - Contact
